Moogle Earrings code still valid?

Was wondering if anyone happened to know if the Moogle Earrings included with the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary Ultimate Box were still valid...I'm looking at picking up the set for a reasonable price, but was just curious about this part of it.

After looking at my code leaflet for Mogu Mogu earrings there appears to be no expiry on it however please note the item code is region locked (and is the only region locked code since launch) it would be best to use email support to see if they are still offering code exchange for other regions than Japan.

Thanks for the support link. I did email them and got a response that I figured I would share, in case anyone else was wondering or was in a similar situation. Basically, the Moogle Earrings codes did expire, which apparently occurred on 12/31/2014. Here is what they said:

"Dear Customer,

Regarding your request for account support. Please find your answer below.

I do apologize but the Moogle earring promotion expired on 12/31/2014.
