Crossover Request - Drakengard/Nier

What better crossover for Heavensward than a game that features Dragons and awesome costumes potential. Come on SE, this is a perfect and golden opportunity to not only promote the new game in development, but also.... I need Zero's or Kaine's or both outfits...

While I strongly doubt we will ever see a cross over event, due to the series having originally been developed by a studio (Cavia) NOT owned by Square-enix...

Akihiko Yoshida, character designer for FFXIV, is the character designer for the new Neir game. He previously worked on Tactics Ogre, which the ilevel 160 items are all directly modeled after. So, there is a reasonable chance at some point that we could see a tier of dungeon gear resembling whatever Yoshida designs for Nier 2. Not sure how the licensing rights would work, but 3.0 did set a precedent for it.

However, I hope the Nier event story may bring out the feel train that the Nier games brings out in their storyline no matter how small the story is.

Drakengard 3 imo was an amazing game and I know many girls in the game would love the outfits the sister wears (especially if they can be dyed).

also...yes to Mikhail minion please! Or big Mikhail dragon mount (would love to ride a white dragon as my WHM).

That's a tricky one. Weapons and clothing could work, but if it were to involve actual characters... that would need a lot of explaining (considering NieR's world takes place on planet Earth one thousand years after an apocalyptic event caused by Drakengard D's ending).

As for Drakengard... just have SE release Drakengard 4, having an ending where so and so winds up in Eorzea and then have the Drakengard 4 event happen. It'll feel cheap since they already did that with the first game (again, why NieR happened), but hey, this doesn't hurt Drakengard's or FFXIV's lore... maybe.

^ This. Drakengard D's ending left the possibility of there being more. Anyone who has played the game knows that this storyline isn't dead, especially after that ending. Drakengard would fit with HW perfectly, just have there be a mission with Mikhail since he is a dragon and all and could be chilling with the other dragons in Dravanian Forelands or something. We need more Drakengard 3 love here...I'd pay for the outfits for glamour ; 3;...and even the hair...love the hair.
