A memorial?

Very recently a much loved player in my FC died and we’d love to do something/have something to remember him by. It doesn’t have to be huge and omg game shattering, but just a nice and quiet place where people can go to remember players no longer with us, much like SE did with a certain NPC who will not be named (mostly because my heart still feels shredded!).

If you mean a spot where all could go to mourn RL-players who departed; that's a good idea, and something easy to implement. I think a spot close to the cathedral in East Than or equally within the same theme, as unfortunate as that is, would be appropriate. Players could then show up with their sun minions as vigil for their loved ones.

Yes! This is exactly what I mean! Like, social media like Facebook can memorialise accounts, why can't FF? I mean...I don't think it would take much designing as there's already places in game which could be tweaked to suit such a purpose.

There could even be a "keeper" -- an NPC designed to watch over the area -- who could hand out items like candles or something like that, that could be used if people don't have sun minions.

I mean, weddings can have fireworks, confetti and even a bottle of champagne that can be sprayed about - simple candles wouldn't be that much of a problem.
