I guess then though people would be advertising in the PF "come get your dungeon gear only 100k gil (or whatever), I'll run the dungeon till you get the gear you want". Then we have a bunch of even less apt players running around with dungeon gear who "really" doesn't know how to play their class because they didn't do any dungeons to get the better gear.

What may be better is a way to get the bound gear back to zero percent, then could sell it. As of now can only covert (once at 100%) or sell to NPC, though maybe then that could flood the markets and make it a buyers market. I have had to just sell so much gear to NPC's just because it isn't 100 % bound and don't really feel like getting it there.
