after finishing HW MSQ i looked everywhere for him .....where is he . did i overlook something?

Doesn't he become the next archbishop, or at least the leader with less bishop or no bishop? Not sure if you could visit him outside of quests when he was in his office, but if you could, he's probably in the Vault now.

Aymeric does become the default leader of the city, He's acting for the office of the archbishop but isn't actually bishop arch or other, so after the MSQ, Like the other city state leaders he is busy with admin and isn't normally visitable.

He's probably in his office in the Congregation (of Our Knights Most Heavenly), we just can't go talk to him whenever we feel like since as de facto leader of Ishgard without the Archbishop he's really busy.

I dont know who you mean but, for now, we havent see the Sharlayan's leader. But I think it has no leader, is a council called "the Forum"
