You do get that increase if you don't cap craft but instead keep it the same. So cap CP and Control, and keep craft at +6 instead of the extra +9. Once you hit a certain point with craft, it doesn't really help to add more until you can add ALOT more, which is what the other pieces are for. This way is til VI's down the line, but atleast no V is needed.

turns your right its 17. not as lovely as 18 =( but still not an amount to CP to scoff at.
