Looking for a FC

Just came back to the game a couple weeks ago and current FC just ins't active enough for my liking. Now first you may be wondering why in general and no on the world forums. Well because for the right FC id be willing to swap servers.

About me:
28 year old Systems Engineer I work in a NOC during the night so my schedule is a little odd.. Mon-Weds/Thurs 5pm to 530AM MST (i work 3 off 4 than work 4 off 3) But currently working remotely so I do play a lil as long as hell isnt breaking lose work wise.

I main a BLM currently ilvl 184 as I type this.

What Im looking for...
Active!!!! And I dont mean just in game I mean active on comms too (such as teamspeak) This is a MMO and we should be social imo. That and hard to type a convo while DPSing Bismarck X or AS1...

prefer mature guilds so I won't be a fan of a FC with a bunch of kids in it. (sorry just a preference especially if a I do a server swap)

Well, I'd suggest my FC, but I suppose active to me does not necessarily mean active to you. We are technically a casual FC, but with about enough medium-core players to run things and we pull from LS's if need be. We're smaller but usually about 10 or so online during early hours (like 10 AM to around 2 PM) and 20 to 25 people active during prime time. Most of them are EST timezone. We've been organizing Ex primal runs and I'm thinking about organizing Alexander Savage practice runs on weekends and whenever else. We do have a TeamSpeak. I do know a larger FC on our Ultros and I think they've said they have anywhere from 30 to 50 active at a time and they do have TeamSpeak as well. While we probably aren't the kind of FC you're looking for, I just thought I'd drop in at least and suggest something since you weren't getting any replies :< usually people jump at the chance to recruit someone to their FC.

yeah im surprised I can understand like a new fresh lv5 player not getting any love but a End game geared BLM is apparently not a hot commodity lol

I think it's more a matter of people not typically looking in General Discussion to recruit people. :3

I have an FC on Sargatanas, but I'm not sure what your definition of 'active' is. We usually have between 2-5 players online, we talk regularly and run dungeons together fairly often, and a few of us are in Mumble on a daily basis. We're small but tight-knit, most of us being friends that came to FFXIV from another game. Unfortunately, being as small as we are we don't have an official FC static. Several of our members raid with people from a few other small FC's, several more swap in for our static for some of the lighter content and/or pug, and several are in the process of gearing. It's a pretty mixed bag but I love em. ^^
