Random phrase blocked in chat

Typing "got introduced to" in a number of variant forms, blocks the entire message from everyone else's sight. You can type "got introduced" and "introduced to" just fine, but any chat line containing "got introduced to" is blocked. No notification is given that the message wasn't delivered. The typing player sees the message in their chatbox just fine, but nobody else can.

Seriously, what the heck?

Edit: to clarify why this is an issue, it's a completely innocuous phrase that someone could type in normal conversation and have NO IDEA AT ALL that their message wasn't delivered. We found this one entirely by accident. How many others like this might there be that we don't know about? How often is chat just... vanishing into the void?

Frequency: Always, perfectly reproducible.

Area: N/A, tested in say, fc, party, and shout, regardless of zone

Steps to reproduce: Type any of the "blocked" phrases above in any in-game chat channel, have another player report if they see it.
