I agree, a Japanese developed game is being harmed by having a Q&A session in it's native language, it's almost like Western developed games having Q&A sessions in English harmed the game as well.

American companies never translate info for other regions they support till long after the after, it's actually one of the biggest complaints against companies like Blizzard and Bioware.
