Proto-Ultima?

Out of random weather event I notice Proto-Ultima flying around in Azys Lla.

Is there some way to bring Proto Ultima down because so far I have not seeing anything involving Proto Ultima besides the weather effect and some random blasts I think is from Proto-Ultima randomly shooting at players.

3 unmarked FATEs. You have to finish them all at about the same time, then he comes down and you can fight him.

There's a third unmarked FATE? I know of the one near the Quarantine Block and the Habisphere, but was unaware of a third... also didn't know those were the prerequisites to make it come down.

Pretty much nobody can do it right. Thank goodness there is no achievement tied to it because no one would ever get it.

I'm a bit surprised there is no achievement linked to his FATE considering he is one of the Big Fate events.

Also a bit disappointed as well that Proto-Ultima is a FATE boss.

Well we could always dream a future MSQ may have Proto-Ultima going on a rampage at that Garlean outpost near their flagship.

Though who is controlling Proto-Ultima anyways. From how Ultima was used I thought the Ultimas required something or someone to control it or give it commands manually before it can do anything.

I have yet to see even a single shred of evidence about Proto ultima even being fight able. Nothing but rumors. No images, no videos, nothing.How did this rumor even start? Pretty sure the game's even been datamined and no such thing was found.

The rumour started most likely because "Ultima" (with the beginning cut) was found with the Heavensward music.
