It's annoying as hell when people interrupt sleep esp when tanks/dps could be struggling.
Also, I doubt they even use the forums lmao.

Healer is the backbone in the case that tank and dps are not up to par. In this case the healer obviously felt confident in their healing capability. Vote kick abuse, is abuse.

Tbh, it doesn't matter if they asked him to stop. They were wrong. The only reason to try to keep targets slept is if the healer is bad. So the healer can break it if he wants. A ta no should never need sleep. Tanks should learn how to tank. Plus, casting sleep lowers dps.
Sounds like that party needed to be educated on maximizing dps.
The goal is to get out as fast as possible, not baby the tank.

A little but of old school thinking about admitting or owning up to your actions. Would respect them a lot more if they did (does not mean I would still not blacklist them). Kinda like put your big girl/boy pants on. As you said earlier probably will never see them again which is why they think it is fine to get away with, which is already bad habits on their part.

So...

You're suggesting someone come to the forums and "man up", when that person a) doesn't know it's been requested, b) probably won't know who they're talking about even if they do, and c) probably don't even check the forums because the vast majority of MMO players *don't*.

No, don;t expect anything, but still going to put it out there. Not a fan of this behavior in the first place, never kicked anyone, prob never will with out a complete valid reason. This should not even be a problem, but what can you say there are always those people in the world, always has been always will be. Why not post about it, it is a legitimate issue, that SE has to put some trust in the players to make it work. In no way shaming the person (not that I like them) just pointing out a flaw in our community. That took me hundreds of hours to find, but many others have stories about players being bad group players.

1: As a healer you should be healing. If there is no healing to be done then you can auto follow and go get a drink or something.

2: If you want to dps great! Target the one the tank is bashing on.

3: The Tank is the leader in all 4 man dungeons. They say what happens and when.

4: From what I can tell the BLM was sleeping? In which case, they are probs friends irl or in game and you are going around messing up their strat.

5: Cleric stance should be banned in non pvp/solo areas. srsly.

Just to humor you,
1: if i am /following and throwing out a heal every 15 seconds..... ohhh wait that is pointless. If I want to be lazy I could be, but I am not playing a game for fun.... to afk and drink soda.
2: doting up tends to be 1-3 dots then turn off cleric for a bene then finish doting and refresh dots. Saying only hit what the tank is hitting is fine for single target melee, smn for example telling them to just hit the one guy is a waste of his dps, doting up multiple mobs with as much dot up time on as many mobs as possible is good smn play. Etc. Regardless a dot is nothing in aggro compared to a heal.
3: did nothing to piss of tank kept him healed and did not pick up ant extra mobs. What more am I to do?
4: never noticed the sleep... should I? No one has used sleep in the hours of gameplay I have put in, why should I expect it now? I simply asked why he was sleeping and none of them where using fire 2 on 4+ mob packs. Sleep was pointless as someone stated it was a dps loss for the reason of I guess I want to use sleep?
5: You have decent gear and seem to play alot... where does this come from? The tank never dropped under 50% and the person who kicked me complained I should be dpsing. Makes you feel better healers have no cleric in pvp they hit like wet noodles and only heal there. Even without cleric people will still dps and cleric adds a lot of fun to low level dungeons. Try that topic in healers forums (or anywhere with a decent healer community) if you want to start a flame war.

So the only complaint would be I knocked off a sleep and asked why we where sleeping? He questioned my playstyle first, and I was not rude about "why? Why are we using sleep? Why not aoe instead of sleep?" was around what I asked. Guy was just serious about his sleep I guess. He thought he could be clever but I don't just lie down.
