OP I see nothing wrong with setting clear expectations in PF like "bis ex clear know whole fight weak links will be cut". Yea you might sound like a jerk but its also a jerk move to prevent 7 others from clearing. With that said were all human. Give people a shot. If they continue to put out terrible dps after a few tries simply replace em. They dont need to be called out. The fact that they're no longer in party should be message enough that they need to do some work. But if that doesnt work I have another (harder) suggestion. Make learning parties. In my experience the only difference between learning and clear parties is that in clear parties insults will be thrown and rage quits occur in 1-3 wipes while learning parties stick it out till the end gaining practice and learning tricks to deal with each phase. 10+ failed pf groups means people on your server are struggling with said content (youre probably seeing the same ppl by now). Be part of the solution. Bad players learn nothing from the group quitting after 1 try. By hosting learning parties you give players on your server the chance to practice and improve. The more the playerbase on your server improves the better your chances are of getting that clear.

As a side note I hope SE sees how many threads get derailed on a daily basis by the personal parser debate.
