How does attack speed (haste) affect your rotation?

I play as a Ninja and right now with all i190 gear except for the chest and ring, I have over 600 haste. My global cooldown with Huton is down to 2.04 and my god is it terrible. Because my GCD is so short now, I can't use Raiton at all and have constant mudras clipping my skills. Whose idea was it to put so much skill speed on Ninja gear? He needs to be shot. Ninja is probably the only class that gets worse as you get better gear.

Maybe we need to skip Raiton and keep using Doton, since Skill Speed now increase the speed of the ticks lol... Maybe that increase of ticks from Mutilate, Shadow Fang, and Doton could make up for the Raiton.

Haste actually hurts me during AoE fights, so don't give a BLM Haste in a dungeon. But in a single target scenario, Haste is a godsend as it allows us to manage the timers on our stacks much more forgivingly.
