Garuda Normal Needs a nerf

Actually that's a good idea. at least then normal would not appear to be harder then the harder versions of that dungeon. Also cna't stop that, those players will want it to be easier and honestly some of those bosses aren't hard they're just annoying. with Annoying mechanics. (Can't speak about that raid only ilvl 160 :P)

And i will make it my life long mission as long as i play to prevent the swarm from nerfing this content to LFR level
