Garuda Normal Needs a nerf

It actually is very difficult. there're like 4-5 mechanics to explain to the newcomers, 2 of them are one-shot mechanics.

gears can't help you at all since you'll be synced. It's even harder than Garuda HM and Ex nowadays.

And this is why I hate all duty content. It relies far too much on alpha, dodge mechanics. I can practice this in OW leve quests. The best one is a level 20 in shroud. The AoE pipe shows, I run through the mob as soon as it does and am out. I still end up being bunted across the map. It's a latency based mechanic and no amount of practice will make people better.
