IMO the answer to bad players isn't making the content easier but teaching them to adapt to harder and harder content. That way bad players won't be frustrated and good players can actually get some challenge later. Problem is, that some content fails to graduate in difficulty.. even in Heavensward. We had Ravana, then harder Bismarck and then last fight that was easier than these 2 primal fights. It would be better if the fight was harder than Bis HM, so next content could be a bit harder again. That way people would always improve and won't be shocked when slightly harder content shows up. Now people probably expect something on par with last boss fight and if we get something harder, they will flip tables again.
