Garuda Normal Needs a nerf

but see I think normal should be easy, the one nerf I don't agree with is what they did to that Bahaumut dungeon (totally forgetting the name of it) ones they call turns :P Why did they nerf it? Shouldn't the new gear do that by itself?

Nerf or not, I recently cleared up to T9 and we *still* wiped to mechanics on T9.
