Is there a Kick Penalty now?

The Duty Finder has been adjusted so that players who have been vote-dismissed are not immediately available as candidates for joining a party.

The way its worded it seems like it will be a short penalty. 5-10 minutes maybe is what im thinking, but i guess we'll see.

It is simply troll prevention to keep assholes from immediately rejoining after being kicked because the system allows for such shenanigans.

The way it was worded, they made it seem like just long enough that you wouldn't be likely to get back into the same party once you're kicked, so maybe a couple minutes or so

I don't know why separate instances can't have their own Do Not Call list, but maybe that was too hard to implement or something?

What they should have done is make it so that you can't rejoin the same party again instead. There are many reasons for getting kick, sometimes it might not even be your fault.
