    The dungeons in high level are level 50 dungeons so they don't give xp except from daily bonus. Yoshio said this was to prevent efficient xp gain. His words exactly.

    So all level 50 DGs will give no XP for killing mobs? So bad to level up to 51 only on fates...

    You can also level up with low level roulette and trial roulette.

    the levelling roulette at least has scaling trash mob and boss exp.

    That's a hand-wave explanation. The real reason is they would have to put work into adding XP for all the mobs and bosses in all of the level 50 dungeons that previously had none, and they didn't want to spare the development time. They could've picked a better excuse, as the one they chose is the WORST reason ever conceived.
