Can't use Fuma Shuriken at all

Didn't read nvm.

Fuma Shuriken icon cannot be moved or selected at all. I just got the Ninja job and can't even advance.

I tried logging in, switching realms, unequipping souls and changing jobs. I contacted a GM in game and was told to come here.

the quest basically tells you how to use mudras... you have to do a bit more than dragging the skill on your bar

Well....You cant manually use Fuma Shuriken if thats what you are trying to do. You have to hit the hand sign skill, than hit Mudra to activate Fuma Shuriken. If you are already doing that than IDK srry lol.

Ninja OGCDs are 2 step process. Hand Sign combination (Known as Mudra(s)) > Mudra (the actual skill)

Fuma Shuriken is not a standalone ability. Look at the tool tip and it will tell you that in order to activate it, you need to use the Mudra Chi, Jin or Ten. You received the abilities Jin and Ninjutsu at level 30. Once you cast Jin, your Ninjutsu icon will change to Fuma Shuriken. Other Ninjutsu will require other combinations of Jin, Chi and Ten once they are unlocked.

All of the information is provided to you in game, just gotta pay attention.

So the ninjitsu spell is a placeholder(and changes based on something I do). Oh don't I feel stupid now. Thanks everyone for showing me that I need tor read. Guess RL stress is throwing me off. I wonder why the GM didn't tell me to read as well.
