SE, when will we get personal housing in Ishgard?

When will we get personal housing in Ishgard? I really like the environment in Ishgard as far as I can tell.

Alright, I know the new housing ward wouldn't be located in Brume, but it's still the first thing I think of when I picture Ishgardian housing.

The city of Ishgard seems too cramped to have luxurious space for adventurer homes, so I honestly can't picture us receiving that style of housing. Maybe if they added new construction projects near Western Coethas, I could see it happening. I'm mostly curious as to the lore explanation they will provide, since it seems like every speck of Coethan soil was either ravaged by the weather shift of the calamity, war with dragons, or both.

But, I guess if Ul'dah can dish out housing while they have tons of Ala Mhigan refuges living on the streets, than maybe the Holy See can give us housing while orphans starve to death in the burned out shells of their former homes.

Hopefully not until they fix the problems with the Housing structure as it is right now.

The moogles in Churning Mists had a meeting with the elezen from the Heavenly Knight to talk about teaching them architecture and such to restore the place.. Maybe it's an hint?

Wonder how that would work for new players who join an FC with a house in ishgard, since they're so dead set on no one going to ishgard who hasn't finished the 2.0 story...
