GC page hinting at new classes/weapons?

Just took a look at the revamped GC page and noticed something interesting about each company's recruitment poster.

Starting with the Maelstrom, they have a musketeer of course, but there is also a Lalafell with a hammer, armed with a buckler, and in a battle stance.

With the Twin Adders, the model on the poster is wearing a dress much like Rydia's from FFIV (aka: the first named summoner in the franchise).

With the Immortal Flames, there is an Elezen with a flame-bladed Zweihander.

Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but I'm wondering if these are little hints about future classes or equipment that are planned or in the works. (a warhammer class, a summoner class/job, and a greatsword class/2handed weapon option for gladiator.)

Any thoughts about this?

I think people are looking too deeply into these. They're just recruitment posters. I also think the lady on the Gridania poster is just a heavily stylized version of Kan-E-Senna. The lalafell armorer is just REALLY excited about Limsa Lominsa. But 2 handed swords would be awesome if they implement it. They're cool pictures, but I don't think they hold any secrets.

Eh, I really wouldn't think much into it. The only real suspicious looking one is the sword.
