    Do you think Yoshi P will answer any questions about PvP?

    other than "it's something we're looking into"?

    My guess is that the issue of PvP will definitely be raised in the live Q&A session tomorrow. What YP will say I have no clue. What we do know is that he has already confirmed that it will be part of the game in the future.

    Maybe PvP will make it's way into the PS3 release? It would definitely be a huge selling point for console gamers and people who are otherwise unfamiliar with SE MMOs.

    Would be awesome to hear something about it, but i think we wont be getting any pvp until the battle system is finished.

    First Broadcast(Oct. 4, 2011):
    Questions on patch 1.19 and a patch in the near future
    Questions about Naoki Yoshida himself
    Near future probably means the next 2 patches that they've talked about to this point; 1.2 and 1.21. So I'm assuming the community reps won't even forward the questions if they're asking about things not pertaining to what is supposed to be talked about.

    Yoshi p has already stated (many, many moons ago) that he wants to keep clear of pvp. He wants to give players the sense of working together as much as pos, and wants to keep clear of imalancing the pvp brings (lets face it, Wow comes to mind!)

    That is not true. PVP is coming to FF XIV. I'm not looking for quotes because i can't be arsed but it was confirmed.

    I doubt majority of questions will be 1.19 related that they may be forced to answer others lol. But maybe not so much pvp.
