aether currents bug

my aether currents bugged for the churning mists, says im 9/10 and I went around for 3 hours double checking to the same spots to confirm if I was going crazy or not and they were all not there because I collected them already, my thought is that it glitched when a dungeon popped up right when I was collecting one of them.

I just want a game master to reset my progress for that area or tell the system that it has been collected but instead ive been redirected 2 different times somewhere different and when I try to inform the game masters all I get is the same old speech of " were sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you" and to go to this site and post it...(on a side note) the in game support seems completely useless as ive never gotten in-game help directly ever its always a email or some type of robotic response... while in other games if u talk to a GM issues are resolved and reviewed on the spot they don't tell u that sending a detailed post of your problem would be better handled if you go on our forum and post it -.- ... I cant make any type of progress on flying in that area till that gets resolved
