Roulette Guildhests stuck at level 10

My character is level 24 and I've unlocked the guildhests through level 20, but the daily roulette only gives me level 10 guildhests. Why is the daily roulette only letting me do level 10's?

Also, why can't I post in the regular forums? I get this message when I try: New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough

Roulette is random. Even leveling from 50-60, any time I did Guildhest Roulette, I mostly got very low level guildhests. A few times I got higher level ones. I feel as though people stop doing Guildhests as they level up, and so maybe there just aren't people in queue for higher level guildhests. I don't think they are "stuck" at level 10, I think you're just getting whatever roulette groups you up for.

the daily roulette log reads:

Duty Roulette: Leveling lv.16
Duty Roulette: Guildhests lv.10



this combined with the fact I havn't ever drawn a guildhest over level 10 is making me think I've done something wrong.

The level 10 on Duty Finder is the minimum level required to participate, not the level of the Guildhest :-)

The daily roulettes favor the lower levels. This is basically to make certain higher ups play the lower level dungeons/hests (for a variety of reasons such as to keep queue wait times down and to have experienced players in them) so you'll find, even as you level up to 60, that you'll get the first couple dungeons/hests 90% ~ 95% of the time. That's why you do the daily roulette once a day and queue up for whatever level dungeon is highest afterward. My level 60 healer feels like it live in Sastasha... I'm always floored when I get 50+ dungeons on my healer. lol
