Compensation for those hit by Red-Script bug.

I've been waiting all week for my seals to reset only to find out they actually reset a few days ago.

but wait, my game says I have 450/450. This can't be right. I havent even handed in a single node when the reset hit.

So, it turns out this is a bug. It has been reported a few times and its a very rippling one for those actually aiming to get their gear on time.
That 36 weeks you need for a full set of gear? add another 2 weeks.

What I am asking is for SE to re-reimburse the players who have been physically unable to gather their weekly share of red scripts and actually give them their red scripts (if not, 9 rowena's tokens (red gatherer's scripts)) which others would of earned.

There is no compensation for farming scrips. You farm thousands of nodes, and turn them in for nothing. Consider yourself lucky you aren't worried about making it to dozens of timed nodes for no reason for the rest of the week.

No..I think you're missing the point.

I'm not even able to HIT cap this week at all. I am stuck at my cap from last week. I havent been able to turn in anything due to a bug.

I'm.. not? becuse this is a bug that means I'm a week behind all of my friends who can -do- the content they pay for.

It's more than necessary to comp red script/esoterics loss because of this bug. Esoterics and red script, -especially- this early into the expansion/patch cycle, is a -massive- progression loss. Every week you can't max Esoterics, you lose raid progression. Every week you can't max red script, you're forced further out of the market, gil-wise. To pretend otherwise is disingenuous at best and toxic at worst - being reimbursed for lost time, especially for a acknowledged bug in a paid mmo, is the least that can be done.

Pretty much what GaoShiki said. Not being able to get that cap for each week is just a huge blow and pushback to sticking with the progress that others are making.

According to their Loadstone patch notes for 3.05 it says here:

* The weekly limit on red crafters' and gatherers' scripts gained will reset each Thursday at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).
* Rowena's tokens can be exchanged for items at Rowena's House of Splendors, in Idyllshire (X:5 Y:6).
* Red crafters' and gatherers' scrip will become obtainable after maintenance performed on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

Did you turn in scripts AFTER the weekly reset or before? Because if you did it after, then you were too late to cap before the reset. I was able to cap before the reset this week and I'm not capped anymore and can turn them in. Some more explanation would help better understand your situation.

Have you submitted a bug report or contacted a gm as they are the proper channels to get something fixed. A forum demand for compensation is not the proper approach to get something you want in a timely manner. No one wants to help people like that.
