    Did you get all of them in Ul? There's a lot of them hiding there. 5 or 6 of them.

    I didn't know Tataru doesn't count for the achievement. Sorry. D: I had to actually check which npc I hadn't beaten yet, since to my surprise Noel gave me the 41 npc achievement. It was Yellow Moon in Weaver's guild that I had missed!
