Need help finding my 41st NPC

Hello, as the title entails i'm having trouble finding my 41 NPC Win. The only NPC's that i'm sure i haven't won against are tataru before 3.0 and Sezul Totoloc Because i didn't bother with the ixali beast tribe quests. Other than that i beat all the HW NPC's at least once and i'm sitting on 40 wins Any help would be appreciated

Alduin, what he means with the link is that you can check who's left. I counted 43 npcs, which means you've missed 1 npc.

There are 42 npcs in total They listed 2 tataru's And as i said before i don't have max rep from ixali quests. So that leaves only one NPC. I've checked every region, even did every side quest, played against all the timed NPC's Again to no avail.

NPCs that you have not defeated will have the triple triad icon over their heads. So simply revisit each NPC on the list and find the one that still has the icon. Remember that timed NPCs won't have the icon unless they are in window.

I am in the same boat as you OP. It would be great if there was a checklist in the acheivements list where 40 names would be greyed out leaving 1 or two names. For awhile I was 1 npc short of 41 and 1 card short of sixty. I wanted so bad to beat that 41st npc to get the achievement card that would also get me the 60 cards achievement. Ended up getting a new card from a dungeon and gave up on that last npc. Hope someone here can answer your question. Checking every npc on that list at their specified time is too much work for me for 1 card and an achievement. I already have enough rage from the rng matches. Over it for now. Good luck

Well, that's the point of the website above. Go there and make an account. When you log in, go to 'my cards' and check off the NPCs you've beaten (as well as the cards you've already received.) Easy peasy. It shows you who has what card, whether you've beaten them or not, and even greys out cards you already when (when looking at the NPC list.) It's very helpful.

Lol I know. Ill admit im lazy. It would be different if beating an npc = getting their card. Then id look at that list and say ok which cards dont I have, those are the npc's to beat. but it doesnt work that way unfortunately. To be clear, I have to manually check off who ive beaten correct? If i could remember which 40 npcs i had beaten we wouldn't be having this conversation. If it updates automatically upon making an account that would be super awesome (also scary... unless its an official se page idk how I feel about making an account that has instant access to some of my info).

Now thinking back theres one npc I was unsure if I had beaten or not. Midnight dew in idylshire. I did the prerequisite quests (according to the internet) and at the time there was no specific time listed to challenge her but some were saying that there is in fact a time window but I was unable to find that info. Maybe it's been updated? Now im curious again

It doesn't update on its own but if you're stuck wondering which ones you've already beaten for the 41 achievement then you'll probably be making the rounds to them all anyway. It's easy enough just to check the list (takes all of a second) when you've gone around to them all.
