    Could this please be adjusted to not hide half the window?






    Make it by default appear next to it, not over it. That would be nice.

    That is actually a greater trouble with the unyielding tool tips but then again, you do have it attached to the mouse. The game offers an option to have tool tips in fixed place (which can be put where you want through hud configuration) but that goes for all tool tips.
