What do I need to do to dismiss Support Desk reply notifications???

Like the title says. I'd really like to hear an answer from the devs.

Because even ignoring the fact that actually opening the in-game support desk takes about three to five times as long as actually writing and sending a report... I just can't figure out what I need to do to reliably dismiss a "new reply" notification. I open the reply, I even go to reply to it, sometimes I even keep it open for like 5 minutes for the game to surely communicate its "read" status with the server - and then I close it, and a few minutes later the same notification about the same reply for the same message pops up again. This happens numerous times with the same message/reply. And I'm at my wit's end, it's freaking annoying to get into a dungeon and at a random point during the run, seeing the giant text in the middle of the screen, message in the chat window, and the icon flashing for the umpteenth time, for something I've opened/read/dismissed several times already.

So, please, someone "up there", shed some light on this for me.

PS: Have this utter bollocks character limit removed already. Sick of being punished and sent for extra laps every single time I make a post of reasonable length.

I had a problem with a notification that just wouldn't die, until I figured out what I needed to do to get rid of it. I created a ticket on one character, got the notification on another, which makes sense being account wide, so you'd think closing it on that second character would work as well. But it kept showing up again until I went back to the character I submitted it with and then when I closed it, it stayed closed.

I don't think it's ideal we should have to do that- if the reply is account-wide, then closing it would intuitively be as well. But if you have multiple characters perhaps that's why yours won't go away so it's worth a shot.
