Cobalt Sabaton (Armorer Recipe)
(Level49 gear) *High level range foot gear (for tanks)

Cobalt Sabaton[RD] (Armorer Recipe)
(Gear level 49) *For tanks, enhanced cobalt sabaton with better stats

To me, that means that all colored versions will have enhanced stats but they'll be the same. There will essentially be undyed gear stats and dyed gear stats. So Red doesn't necessarily mean much of anything but the fact that it's dyed does. The dying process does add a piece to the gear so it would make sense that it has some enhanced stats.
