Miqo'te villians

Unless they exist in job quests I haven't finished, I have noticed the scarcity of Miqo'te villains and antagonists, mean while we have seen many existing among the other original races. Same could be said back in FFXI where I don't remember Mithra having any predominant antagonist as the few that existed were turned into friendly rivals. I mean, are there no significant miqo'te in a position of power or other wise to have ambitious that threaten the realm?

There is a dastardly Miqo'te in the Beast Tribe quest you unlock once you've gotten max rank with all the Tribes

There was one in the archer quests. And a feisty one showed up in one of the GLD quests as well.

She barely counts as an NPC... I don't recall that she even had a name. She existed solely to get killed (by the player, as it happens). In feminism circles, they call that "fridging."

On the other hand, there's a whole questline (though I don't remember where to pick it up) about a Miqo'te girl who is looking for her sister, who took the bandit path. It's not a bad bit of character exploration, looking at people's post-Calamity choices. I definitely wanted to kill the son-of-a-cur the sister had hooked up with!

On the other hand, there's a whole questline (though I don't remember where to pick it up) about a Miqo'te girl who is looking for her sister, who took the bandit path. It's not a bad bit of character exploration, looking at people's post-Calamity choices. I definitely wanted to kill the son-of-a-cur the sister had hooked up with!

That is the Mail Moogle quest, and it involves the Couerl Claw King.

Several villains in the Archer's guild questline are Keepers of the Moon. There's a sociopathic monster of a Seeker of the Sun at the end of the Beast Tribe reputation quests. And while not a conventional villain, the BLM 50+ quests have one (Keeper?) who's a complete jerk.

That guy is a Keeper, not a Seeker.

I really can't recommend it enough, it's an awesome quest line,
