I think raids are missing a "Normal" mode

they can't figure out how to itemize it. Pharos was just a little hard and no one did it cause the drops weren't worth it.

if they make EX dungeons they have to put stuff in there that people will actually want to go.

Honestly I'd do it for rewards like minions, rare mats or just for the fun.
I mean it should almost be raid hard but with 4 people. Soo tight dps checks and hard mechanics.
Something for smaller groups of friends to work on
