Refund on Gold Chocobo feathers please.

I know im asking a lot... but when you advertised the amber chocobo mount i was under the impression that it could fly. i wasted 8 feathers on a mount ill never use because it was poorly advertised. there should have been a warning saying that it was
a terrestrial mount that cant fly.

I want a refund.

The regular Draught Chocobo doesn't fly. Not sure why the amber one would especially as a 2 seater mount, that would open up the can of worms of people selling aether currents. Nowhere on the page does it indicate that it is a flying mount, the picture even shows it on the ground. This is a simple case of buyers remorse strictly because you didn't do your due diligence beforehand. Blaming SE for your mistake and demanding a refund via a forum post is not how you get what you want.

Contact a gm and maybe you will get lucky, but as they owe you nothing on this I suggest you check your attitude at the door and try a polite approach.

So, Google could have saved your feathers as well. But yeah, maybe you are lucky and GMs are going to refund any feathers. Just try to contact them, won't hurt.

totally agree, i dropped the ball on this one. i should have just waited and got something else. but those red feathers enticed me so.
