I highly doubt they're even considering raising the level cap at this point. They don't even have enough content for the current level ranges, why would they add more?

Well, a year has gone by and we are still level 50.
I'm pleased about that though since i grinded my brain into mush from crafting that far.
I also watched about 200 anime series while i did.
Yoshi has indicated that they are still undecided about whether or not to raise the cap at 2.0
Will they? I'd be just fine if they didn't.

i would think they'll raise it after FFXIV:RR get settled in and working for a bit to keep new people first then come to us old players. and when they add the stuff comming after the launch. we might have archnist on launch to level which might turn into summoner as job.
