if SE puts player housing down that god forbidden alley i think i will rage quit.
that alley to the wards and companies has turned into nothing more than a shortcut for thier developement team.
instead of the "oh, lets add a new floor to uldah where players warp to thier home from the top of the stairs"
it till be
"lets let them warp from that alleyway"
just like the companies, hall of sands or w/e the main storyline quest bit down there is called, the wards and the other thing down there.
its LAZY GOD DAMNIT.
stop making everything accessible from one single point, ITS BORING
and another thing, would it have been hard to take that dumb monastry thing and put the company in there instead? that monastry is a WASTE OF SPACE!
i mean way to utilise an entire city.....
think, rage, comment, w/e
i want more variation in where things are accessed from!
C'mon... SE need to scrap old shit from old dev to fulfill your request =='
First page after OP's rather rambly and hard-to-follow post was half full of comments by "hardcore" timesink players who hate the "casuals" who only want to play an MMO for 1-2 hours every day or two. Please stop it. Square wants to cater to both because they've realized not all players want to play a game that requires you to spend hours upon hours on timesinks just to get to anywhere decent. XI was notorious for this - Square's trying to get away from that part of XI's "hardcore" mentality because they've realized it drives away more players than it keeps.

They should give us a tent that we throw up wherever. Like when you used a Tent in FF VI! But, it would be like the tent from Harry Potter where it's a full house inside.

housing should not be where the wards are...
Do you really think it will all fit there?

I agree with the OP, though it could have been phrased better.

				This game will never succeed.
Deal with it.

To call having to run from point A to point B in a virtual town a 'hardcore' feat I wonder what it you (hypothetical) call tying your shoes...
