Omega's Story? [Spoliers]

So far we learned back in 2.X era that....

Omega is located in the Borderland Ruins. Sealed deep underground while the defense system of the area attack anyone PvPing there to gather the Allagan Knowledge.

The new PvP map revealed the Legendary Island called Sealed Rock told by Limsa citizens to be the place where the Great Serpent that guards the Legendary Treasure is but in reality....

the Island is a Lost Allagan Weapon Testing ground used to test Omega and other Allagan Weapons with the great treasure actually being Allagan Technology and Knowledge but these is no sign of the Great Serpent.

So far both GC PvP maps have been related to Omega and seem to be building towards Omega's story in FF14.

What do you all think this may lead to?

At this point I won't be surprised if they decide to create a GC PvP map designed for GC to compete to see who does the most Damage to Omega with the Victor being the GC team that does the Most Damage to Omega while they fight among themselves to kill of other GC members to lower the other GC Teams DPS due to the memebrs respawn timers.

With the Achievement for the GC Omega PvP map being a mini-omega mount and 500 times achievement being a Omega Minion.

knowing SE those things would be the other way around 500 1st place only for the mount and 1 'attempt' for a minion
oh and they will allow pre-made alliances to screw over everyone

Though the question continues to linger on my mind being what kind of data are we getting from these GC PvP maps. There seems to be settle hints that majority of the data we obtained may be linked to Omega weapon so far.

On another topic:

It would be a bit funny if the new 24 member raid was a Raid focused about Omega and have our character enter the Underground Allagan Base in each GC PvP map since the story about the GC PvP maps so far hints that there may be a underground allagan research center under each of them. The Allagan stuff we gotten so far are only the ones that manage to surface due to the Calamity and those are only the surfaced stuff. Just imaging what may be hidden underground where Omega in Borderland Ruins and maybe the Legendary Serpent in Sealed Rock are located.

was a mount i would buy it from the cash shop or do its achievement if it was the last thing on the planet
