It's time to be greedy! [Coil Mounts Thread]

So with the introduction of Twintania and how absolutely blown away I am by riding it.. I got to thinking.

We already have ADS, which is amazing. Keeping it in the realms of "reality" in our lovely fantasy game, I'd like to see the following!

A Dreadnought! We have something from T1/2/5, but nothing from 4. I think riding one of these could be pretty neat. It can casually fall apart or something for it's idle animation like they do when you kill one.

Pushing it further, a Rafflesia. It could hold you up above it's mouth on a chair held by it's vines, or something.

I thought about the other bosses, but.. FCoB stuff seems unrealistic (Phoenix, Bahamut) or already something similar (Coeurl). That said, maybe we could ride a Kaliya.

SCoB's remaining mobs are very humanoid and not very suitable for riding (Lamia, Nael) or freaking huge and unwieldly (Avatar)

I understand the theme now is flying, but flying or not, I'd love to see and be able to work toward getting the above mentioned mounts. Keeping in mind we still have some very good achievements that could be used for rewards, I'd like to think nothing is out of the realm of possibility. Seal Rock anyone?

I may just be ranting on and hoping for naught, but I am a mount fanatic and I love collecting them.

The only bosses that could be considered mountable is Phoenix and Bahamut. Maybe Kalya and that Black Couerl.

At first, the mount seems terrible; perma-heavy on mounting. But go through the sylphlands and say hi...after being frozen in place for 20 seconds, you gain super speed!
