    It was said in the latest Live Letter that they are planning new ranks and that they want to make it require more than just pay some seals and maybe do a dungeon. They want to have it as a real reward and it takes time.

    That's all well and good, but 3 years isn't enough time...?
    3.0 should have brought new ranks, we shouldn't have to wait until halfway through the lifespan of Heavensward, or the start of whatever the next expansion pack is to get this stuff X_X
