    Is the server always closed to new characters?

    Hey guys i got this game years ago in the first iteration. never got into it.

    have just renewed my subscription but Im on masamune from research it seems most aussies are on tonberry.

    so for the last 2 days i have tried to make a character on tonberry. right now its 6:30am and still not able to create a character. any tips or does it not open?
