I don't feel that bard is severely outperforming mch in performance or utility. Though I am a bit nettled on not having a second wind available but it's ultimately not a big deal. Both classes could use a bit of tweaking though, esp bard.

I agree with you that it is not severely outperforming MCH, but they are outperforming them. Adding Foe's is a group increase which can make or break for some groups early on. Not having that support ability and having a Dps difference between the two, it is like playing AST without the benefits of having cards.
