I'm unsure if this is the right forum to post this but I really needed answers regarding the situation I'm currently in.

I recently gifted a friend both ARR and Heavensward as his birthday present. He did the setup for the account and everything through the client, but for some reason the account is listing him to be living in the USA rather than Canada. Naturally there are issues when we want to setup a credit card for subscription payment.

He can play right now, but the problem comes in 30 days where his free trial will expire and when he wants to extend his subscription. Is there someway we can retrieve the registration code of both ARR and Heavensward from the account and then apply it to a new account?

We've contacted the SE support and had a very frustrating time. They said they couldn't do anything about changing the country for the account. If anyone has a suggestion or encountered a similar situation, please share some advise as to what to do.
