There is only one reliable way. Firewall that machine with rules:
iptables --policy INPUT DROP
iptables --policy OUTPUT DROP
iptables --policy FORWARD DROP

But then GG with your whilelist.

Or you could just use one of the many tools that can do this shit for you.
