Well...
It brings a performance upgrade over both Win 7 and Win 8.1.
If you were using Win 7 on an SSD your startup with Win 10 will be like 3 times faster.
If you were already using Win 8.1 it cuts out the need for a 3rd party program to bring back Start Menu.
And well, you only have a year to upgrade, and there is a possibility to forget.

IMO those are good enough reasons even if you don't care about any other of the new features.
