Windows 10 [Did you upgrade?]

With windows 10 I have no issue, the problem is the game. When I'm on DX11 I can't have my browser open, I can't have my usual chat programs open, I literally can't have anything open with hardware acceleration. I can't even alt+tab when in borderless window, because the game will freeze....

The the problem isn't the game. I ran ArcheAge in the background and HW at the same time and did my roulette on full graphics. No issue.

Much, much better than mine. It's probably a good idea to see where the problem is since you should be flying.

I assume you upgraded the gfx driver with the AMD ones from thier site rather than rely on the Windows 10 one, if avalable. I use nVidia but always do a 'clean' install when I upgrade.
