One thing that helped for me is to turn off fast startup as I found it to be slower due to my slow hdd.For people having slow down (e.g. long boot times) with Windows 10, make sure you:
- Defrag after the upgrade. A lot of files got change/overwritten, created and deleted.
- Update your drivers. No Windows doesn't upgrade all of them for you. For OEMs like Dell, their support site (with scanning tool) helpfully compiles all the drivers that need upgrading for you.
