I dunno, maybe I'm in the minority or gotten different groups to the rest of you but I can't remember the last time I kited anything for boss 1.

Each time the adds spawn I park myself behind the tank and start dodging aoes. Healing isn't too stressful and stuff dies pretty quickly all bunched up in one place. Especially if there are some aoe dpsers in the group. No-one has ever asked prior to the fight for adds to be kited either so I presumed no-one was doing that any more.

All above said with the caveat that I am currently higher level than the dungeon with higher level gear. I remember on level it was sometimes very tricky, depending on the group composition. But even then, no-one said to kite anything. I didn't even realise that was a thing until one group I had assumed I'd kite the mobs and I assumed someone would pick them up. One wipe later, I knew about this method of doing the fight.

Boss 2 is easy. Hardest part is keeping everyone in range for healing/esunaing because they have been knocked back or are standing too far away. There is a little hidey hole just to the left of the entrance I normally stand in and run out of that if I see the boss heading towards me.

Boss 3. Yeah, this one can get tricky. Especially if more than one person eats alot of the avoidable mechanics. As a healer, one that hard targets players to heal them, I find focus targeting the boss makes avoiding some of those attacks a little easier (it's the only way I can see its casting bar). And if anyone is lagging, they'll get caught by a lot of them.

There's a bit of a learning curve in that dungeon for a new healer. If the rest of the group isn't playing up to par it is going to be a bad experience. Typically you wouldn't ask the other members to bring potions or antidotes as dealing with removing the poisons and reactive healing shouldn't be too much to handle. It just might be busier work than you have had in the past dungeons. Even for experiences healers if the other 3 members aren't respecting mechanics and dodging, it's easy to overwhelmed in some of those fights.
