If there's an melee and the boss is below 5%, then I don't see a problem '-'.

Plus most of the time they don't even use LB. sooooo. >_>. (At least whenever I do experts...)

Melee players dont even know what lb is.

Especially in WoD!

the only exception to this is at the final boss I'll use lb when I can assuming the ranged hasn't used it first. However I always save the ranged lb for mobs in dungeons as the time spent using it at 5% of a boss's life can just be done doing your normal rotation damage wise. However ranged players don't seem to understand this and the few that do get a commendation and yes this does seem to only happen in ex dungeons.

Casual endgame is a different beast all together. I've seen everything from healer lb on pull to tank lb3 after everyone died.
