The reason SE has a forum is to help improve the aspects of the game and offer feedback to it and discuss it. Just because its better then poo does not mean its the best thing ever. Let me discuss it. It has room for improvement. I could go into detail that "all" armor should be dyable as well.

Think about how often you change your gear when you level, you could change a piece of gear 3 times a day if you happened to get the drops!

Paying for a re glamour 10 times before level 30 is not feasible for a new player who is learning so many different things in game.

They will have lots and lots of time to glamour when they are more experienced in the game.

At least dye is super cheap for low level players.

Not really, you underestimate low level players. Some go out of their way to make money and one of them even outdid me. She bragged about her crafting and how she made 2000000 gil. Meanwhile, I with 2 level 60s and working on my third is at 300000 gil... Her max level is 23.
