Your complaining about them spending real money to get something that they can level to 50 and acquire easy for free? Money that would give you more content to play just because they were lazy without affecting a single part of the game and not doing anything to hurt end game?

low level players supposed to wear bad looking gears. they designed the game like that, to convince people to do content and level up to 50 in order to have real fun, real rewards.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can glamour the ribbon from mog king for my DoH and DoL necklace before 3.0 (Even I can glamour my DoH with dreadwyrm accessories.). The restriction is only from level, not item level.

Actually no you can't. You cannot glamour something with higher ilvl to something with lower ilvl.
Which is a weird restriction to me tbh.

Like bard chest from WoD was better than ilvl 130 ironworks. So if people wanted to wear that it would lower their damage, and they couldn't glamour it to something with lower ilvl

Just no, you have to be lv 50 to even make the bloody prisms so it should stay at 50. The glamours for high lv items on low lvs items, idk about this one. Most the best glamours is lv 1 anyways.
